Custom Ceramic Frit Silk-Screen Glass Requirements
- Photo ready art, detailed dimensional drawing, or AutoCAD drawing for custom silkscreen to be supplied by the
customer for manufacturing acceptance and sign off, prior to acceptance of the initial order by Arch Deco Glass.
- Custom color match requires a customer-supplied sample (minimum of 3”x3”) on either metal or glass
and must be approved by Arch Deco Glass and the customer prior to the acceptance of the initial order.
- All custom silk-screens require customer approval of a 12” x 12” sample and are subject to a one-time
charge based on the above criteria, prior to acceptance of the initial order.
- A full size mock up may be required on custom projects at an additional cost to the customer. Building architect/owner
is required to supply a letter of acceptance prior to Arch Deco Glass acceptance of initial order.
- The required number of silk-screens and set-up charges will be determined upon acceptance of final sizes.
- Some ceramic frit colors may require a double pass. Colors requiring a double pass are subject to additional
charges.
- Ceramic frit on both standard and custom patterns may be up to 1/8” from all glass edges.
- Arch Deco Glass is not responsible for color or thickness variations. Back lighting and background material color
may create color variations. Lighter ceramic frit colors may have greater color variation as a result of light
transmission.
